Final Sale
Except where applicable law provides you with a mandatory right to cancel, return, repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, all Trishula Clothing sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference where the item received matches the item ordered.
Sale, promotional, and discounted items are also final sale except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or you receive an item or size different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask that visible delivery issues be reported within 7 days of delivery whenever reasonably possible so that we can investigate promptly. However, this 7-day reporting request does not limit any longer period or remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.
We may request reasonable evidence of the issue, such as photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary to investigate the claim.
If we confirm that an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a statutory remedy, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Where required by law, reasonable return-shipping costs for defective or incorrect goods will be covered or reimbursed by Trishula Clothing.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your order has not arrived, appears to have been lost in transit, or arrives with shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you believe it was stolen or cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address, check with household members or neighbors, contact the carrier, or provide additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement solely because it is later reported missing, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any remedy will depend on the circumstances of the delivery, carrier investigation, available shipping protection, and applicable law.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase eligible goods online, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires using the electronic withdrawal function available through our store or by contacting us through our Contact page.
After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.
Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear the cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a change-of-mind statutory withdrawal right.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the purchase price and the cost of our least-expensive standard outbound delivery option, where required by law. We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
You may inspect an item in the same manner you reasonably could in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the goods.
Statutory withdrawal rights are subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, including certain clearly personalized or made-to-order goods and other legally exempt products. A product is not exempt merely because it was sold as “final sale,” discounted, limited edition, or part of a limited drop.
United Kingdom Customers — Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom purchasing eligible goods online, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when cancelling because you changed your mind.
Where required by law, we will refund the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional amounts paid for an upgraded or expedited delivery option are not required to be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
These rights are subject to applicable statutory exceptions, including certain personalized or custom-made products and certain sealed goods where a statutory hygiene exception applies.
Customers in Other Jurisdictions
Consumers in some countries, states, provinces, or territories may have mandatory rights relating to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, delayed or failed delivery, cancellations, returns, warranties, repairs, replacements, or refunds.
Those mandatory rights apply regardless of our final-sale policy.
Where local law does not provide a mandatory change-of-mind return or cancellation right, our final-sale policy applies.
Australian Consumers
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our final-sale policy does not limit these rights.
Return Condition
For returns made solely under a statutory change-of-mind or withdrawal right, items should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, subject to any handling permitted by applicable law.
Items should not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on and should be returned with any original tags or packaging where reasonably possible.
Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling or use beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Where applicable law imposes a specific refund deadline, we will process the refund within that legally required period.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law, including where a statutory withdrawal right requires reimbursement of standard delivery charges or where the order was defective, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy.
Exchanges
Except where required as a statutory remedy, Trishula Clothing does not offer voluntary exchanges.
If you have a statutory right to return an item because you changed your mind and want a different size or product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
